How I Think

Better questions. Clearer decisions. Shared progress.

My approach brings together customer focus, curiosity and ownership. The tools evolve; the need to understand people and the problem remains.

01

Understand the whole picture

I start by listening to different perspectives and understanding how the pieces connect. The aim is enough context to make a sound decision, followed by a practical next step.

02

Start with the customer

Every output has a recipient. Hospitality taught me to ask who depends on my work and what they need from it. That applies just as much to an internal report as it does to an external service.

03

Stay curious and adaptable

An unfamiliar tool or subject is a reason to learn. I build understanding through questions, experimentation and feedback, then apply it to something useful.

04

Take ownership of the outcome

I care about the quality of what I put my name to. Ownership means following an idea through implementation, testing it in real use and improving it when the evidence calls for change.

Build trust across boundaries

Collaboration starts with curiosity about someone else’s work. Strong relationships make it easier to challenge assumptions, align priorities and lead without relying on hierarchy.
