More than the work.

Being a father brings a different perspective on responsibility, patience and what deserves attention. Family is an important part of how I think about a meaningful life, alongside the ambition I bring to work.

Kickboxing taught me to respect preparation, repetition and resilience. The visible result rests on quiet work over time, learning from setbacks and showing up with commitment.

Coaching training through Nestlé strengthened my interest in listening, asking useful questions and helping others find their own direction. That interest also led me to create and deliver career-development sessions for colleagues.

Travel and discovering other cultures broaden my perspective. Reading and continuous learning keep that curiosity active in everyday life, opening up different ways of seeing people and problems.
